Independent Mortgage Advisor
As Independent Mortgage Advisers we will aim to find and select the most suitable mortgage that meets your objectives. We have access to Banks, Building Societies and specialist lenders.
Purchasing a property can be a stressful time and we aim to take all the mortgage related burden away from you so you can concentrate on other matters.
We will explain to you in plain English the different types of mortgage and rates available. We have been advising on mortgages for over a decade and we aim to steer you away from cheap initial rates with high initial set-up fees to the best overall mortgage deal.
There remain two main ways in which you can repay your mortgage.
A repayment mortgage is the most common and each monthly repayments consist of both interest and capital therefore over time, the amount of money you actually owe reduces. This method ensures that the mortgage is repaid at the end of the term providing all payments are made on time and in full.
The other method is to only repay the interest and this is called Interest-only mortgage. Each monthly payment consists of interest only you only repay the interest on the amount borrowed. At the end of the term the capital is still outstanding. Therefore you will usually need to take out some kind of investment policy (ISA, Pension) to save up enough money to repay the mortgage at the end of the term.
Based on your circumstances we will advice you on the most suitable mortgage and interest rate.
THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY DOES NOT REGULATE SOME FORMS OF MORTGAGES.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
